They were thrilled to accept their trophy for Remarkable Customer Service earlier this year. Pictured is tradesman installer extraordinaire Chad Gibson and jack of all trades owner Dean Shear, with their well-earned award that they achieved with an exceptional customer satisfaction rating of 99.15%.

Dezign Kitchens is an Australian family-owned and operated company, that creates bespoke kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and entertainment units within the greater Sydney metropolitan area and beyond. From individual joinery pieces to whole-house fit-outs, they build solid customised cabinetry, made to specification using the highest quality materials for the ultimate bespoke finish. Their slogan is “we love what we do”; they love turning customers’ design dreams into a reality.

Managing director Dean Shear, who has over 35 years of experience creating and manufacturing kitchens and joinery, notes this incredible achievement as a career highlight. “We have been awarded Australian Achiever Awards Highly Recommended in the past” says Dean, “but to win the Australian Achiever Awards in 2022 is a huge honour. Our team works incredibly hard to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, so for us to receive this recognition, particularly after these very uncertain and challenging last two years, is an incredible win for us. I am so proud of our team!”
